Elliott Baxter (EBB) is delighted to announce that they have acquired UniBoard. UniBoard, based near Dublin, is Ireland’s leading carton board merchant serving the carton print sector in both The Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Sales for UniBoard were €16 million in 2018.
The investment further strengthens the EBB Group, while also showing its commitment to this specific area of business. When combining sales, the EBB Group will now be the largest stockist/distributer of cartonboard in UK and Ireland. The Group will now hold an extensive range of board with over 15,000 pallets of cartonboard and packaging products in stock for immediate delivery.
UniBoard will continue to operate under the guidance of the current owners Myles & Sharon Fitzpatrick. The Investment from EBB will open up supply opportunities and allow the Irish business to further develop and grow in its local markets.
