Established 34 years ago, National Business Machines (NBM), one of Ireland’s leading providers of workplace solutions, software, services and managed print services, has announced major expansion plans for their business, which positions them as one of Xerox’s largest Irish Channel partners. Founded in 1985 as one of Xerox’s first European partners, NBM served businesses in Cork and Kerry only. Through organic and strategic investments over the years, NBM successfully grew their business and their footprint.
Headquartered in Cork, with offices in Limerick and Waterford, NBM are expanding their business to cover all of Munster and South Leinster. This expansion means they are now responsible for counties Cork, Clare, Kerry, Limerick, Tipperary, Waterford, Carlow, Kilkenny, Laois, Offaly and Wexford. This announcement sees NBM investing €750,000 into infrastructure and personnel, between now and 2020, in order to make this growth possible.
This territory expansion will result in the creation of five new jobs and expected revenue growth of 40% by 2020 for NBM. Speaking with pride, NBM Managing Director Michael Galvin, congratulated his team on this fantastic expansion success, ‘Today marks another huge milestone in the history of NBM.
